Southern Nevada

Three Square – This organization has implemented an Emergency Food Distribution Program that provides food solutions for Southern Nevada’s most delicate populations. They offer pop up food tents, drive-thru pantries, CCSD meal distribution, and “Golden Groceries” locations for people over 60.

United Way of Southern Nevada –  This organization created the Emergency Assistance and Community Needs Fund to assist those impacted by Coronavirus-19 (COVID-19). This organization serves all ages and has a complete list of community resources.

CCSD Meal Distribution Sites – The Clark County School District (CCSD) will continue providing breakfast and lunch to students during the closure of our schools. Student food distribution pods will be set up at 28 school locations throughout the district from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday. Parents can also pick up academic resources in the near future at these sites.

Northern Nevada

Food Bank of Northern Nevada – This organization is supplying all children ages 1-18 a 3 days supply of food at over 20 locations. Click the link below for location details.
Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows – This organization is supplying boxed breakfast and lunch at 5 different locations for children 18 and under. This service is available Monday – Friday at select locations. Click the link below for details.

Unemployment Resources:

The Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) – is encouraging claimants to use the internet to file their unemployment insurance (UI) claims. The state’s Unemployment Insurance Claim Filing System (UInv) provides information for both claimants and employers.
