Abstract
Perinatal management of
severe mitral regurgitation (MR) and aortic stenosis (AS) is difficult;
mortality is high, and there are few reports of successful postnatal
biventricular repairs. We report a patient with severe MR and AS, diagnosed
prenatally, that under went a fetal aortic valvuloplasty and a successful
modified Ross-Konno procedure with concomitant mitral valve repair shortly
after birth.
